Special order for Ilse Monteiro

This is an order for 2 items

1. a plaque with 30 by 30 centimeters  (4 ceramic tiles of 15 by 15 cms) with the text  Casa Monteiro as shown here:
   
2.  the second plaque is for the number of the house (38) with 15 by 15 ceramic tile like this:
   
3. it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to create it and then about a week to arrive via the Portuguese Post (including a tracking number)
4. The price includes the VAT and the shipping costs.
5. I will enclose an invoice with the package
